Consent to process a service enquiry

This is separate consent for the enquiry form. The checkbox is not selected by default.

Operator and purpose

By selecting the separate checkbox and submitting an enquiry on DeLuxe.Ru, I voluntarily consent to OOO “NOVYE INFORMATSIONNYE SISTEMY”, tax ID 7729697022, processing the information I provide to respond to my enquiry, discuss the project and prepare a proposal for the selected service.

Information covered

My name, email, phone or Telegram contact, selected service and project description, together with the language, IP address, submission time and consent confirmation. I provide my own information and share another person’s information only where I have a lawful basis to do so.

Processing and delivery

Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, access needed to handle the enquiry, restriction and deletion, automatically and manually. Requests are processed by the local DeLuxe.Ru handler and delivered to the operator through the configured Telegram proxy.

Duration and withdrawal

Consent lasts until the enquiry is resolved or I withdraw it. For withdrawal, correction or deletion I use Telegram @verussia or +7 903 755-33-76, including my request contact and approximate date. Necessary processing for an agreed order may continue under a contract or legal duty.
