Four steps from your first question to delivery
Talk through your project
Describe your goal in the chat. The consultant uses the DeLuxe knowledge base and, when needed, AI to explain suitable services, published prices and next steps. You can also call us or message us on Telegram.
Send an enquiry with context
Move the conversation into the enquiry form with one click, then review the details before sending. A specialist will review your request during business hours; urgent cases receive priority.
Agree the quote and get started
We agree the scope, price, timing and contract before work begins. Changes to an existing project start with a backup and rollback plan. Designers and developers then work together on delivery.
Handover and ongoing support
We hand over the agreed source files, access and usage rights. Your domain stays under your control. Maintenance, monitoring and further updates are available as agreed.
Company sites, stores and portals are priced per task. Modernisation is quoted after a short audit; a CMS update starts from RUB 9,000.
