Before we start
Hosting, VPS or a dedicated server?
The choice depends on load, software and data requirements. We assess the current project first. A small site may only need shared hosting; server resources and administration are agreed separately.
What happens during migration?
We prepare a copy and a switching plan and agree a work window. Sites receiving new orders need a final synchronisation procedure. Any expected interruption is assessed after reviewing the architecture.
Are backups and support included?
The plan and maintenance scope are agreed separately. We define backup schedules, storage, restore checks and responsibility for responding to alerts.
