Site storage

localStorage stores the selected theme (dlx_theme) until site data is cleared. sessionStorage holds the last request time (dlx_last_order_at) and chat request timestamps (dlx_chat_times) to limit repeated submissions during a tab session. The current conversation and request draft stay in the open page’s memory; the site does not write them to localStorage or sessionStorage. Language follows the page address; older links using the lang parameter are also supported.

TOP.ONE.RU counter

The home page loads TOP.ONE.RU, site counter No. 24, to count unique visitors and page views and display rankings. The counter loads automatically without separate confirmation in both the Russian and English versions.

The counter stores a random visitor ID (rtop100_v6_visitor), session ID and timestamp (rtop100_v6_session), widget cache and unacknowledged events under the rtop100_ prefix in localStorage. A new session starts after 30 minutes of inactivity; display cache is used for up to 6 hours. The visitor ID remains until local data is cleared.

Events include the page path without URL parameters, referring domain, device type and random identifiers. The service also receives technical connection data. Events do not include chat messages or service request fields.

Your controls

Clear cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage in your browser settings. Browser tools or content blockers can limit external resources. Clearing local data may cause the counter to identify your browser as a new visitor.

Submitting a service request requires separate consent.

Security session

The dlx_session cookie connects form and chat requests to a security token. It is server-accessible, sent over HTTPS and not used for advertising. It does not contain personal form fields. Language follows the page address: Russian at the site root and English under /en/.
