What we collect and why

• Service enquiries: your name, selected service, email, phone or Telegram contact, project description, language, IP address, submission time and consent confirmation. We use this information to reply, discuss your project and prepare a proposal.
• Online consultant: your question, language and a limited amount of context from the current conversation are used to prepare a reply. The conversation remains in the open page’s memory. If you move the conversation into an enquiry, it may be included in the project description; you can review and edit it before sending.
• Security: technical request information and timestamps help prevent spam and misuse. The web server may also keep access logs.
• Visit statistics: TOP.ONE.RU counts unique visitors and page views; The Rank.Ru link opens an external website-checking service.

Legal basis and processing

Service enquiries are processed on the basis of your separate consent. Where applicable, processing may also be necessary to provide a service you request, perform a contract or meet legal obligations. Processing includes collecting, recording, storing, using, correcting and deleting information. Replies and support may be provided automatically or by a member of our team.

Connected services

Chat and service requests are handled by local DeLuxe.Ru endpoints. Basic questions use the site’s own information without calling an external AI service. When needed, the consultant may contact available AI servers. Personal data from the request form is not sent in AI requests. The question and limited context from the current conversation may be used to prepare a reply; do not include personal data, passwords or payment information in chat messages. Access keys stay on the server and are never sent to the browser. Requests are delivered to the administrator through a configured Telegram proxy.

TOP.ONE.RU receives technical connection data and a visit event: random visitor and session identifiers, the page path without URL parameters, the referring domain and device type. This integration does not send chat messages or form fields to the counter. External widgets receive technical connection information when they load. Fonts are hosted by DeLuxe.Ru. Retention and security

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for the time needed to review your request and complete agreed work. Records required by law are kept for the applicable statutory period. Request-limit records contain technical timestamps. Information is deleted when the purpose has been fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless another lawful basis applies. Connected services have their own retention terms.

API keys and delivery settings remain on the server. Access to internal files is restricted, connections to external APIs use HTTPS, and request volumes are limited.

Your rights

Use the contact details above to request access to your information, corrections or deletion, to ask us to stop processing it, or to withdraw consent. Include the contact details you used in the enquiry and its approximate date. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Requests are handled within the time limits required by law.

Do not enter passwords, payment details, identity documents or sensitive information in the chat. Share another person’s data only if you have a lawful basis to do so.

Duplicate submission protection

To confirm receipt and prevent duplicates, the server temporarily stores a technical submission fingerprint, request number and time. This service file does not store the request text. A security session connects requests to the browser.
