Don’t delete or reinstall anything — a copy is needed for diagnosis first. Change your hosting, panel and email passwords from a clean device and leave a request: we’ll check, clean up and close the hole the attackers used.
What should a website backup include?
A restorable copy of website files, the database and necessary settings. Keep several versions, including one away from the main server, and test restoration regularly.
