What changes between screens
A responsive site adjusts its grid, menus and images to the available width. Content and functions remain accessible on phones, tablets and computers. It is more than a scaled-down desktop page.
How to check quality
Try the menu with one hand, complete the form and enlarge browser text. Prices should not be clipped, sideways scrolling should not appear unexpectedly, and buttons should not cover content. A phone keyboard should not hide the active field.
What we test
We check representative widths, keyboard navigation, contrast, focus and interactive components. We optimise images and motion and respect the system preference for reduced animation.
