What Let’s Encrypt provides
It is a certificate authority offering free certificates after domain-control validation. An ACME client on the server or hosting panel automates issuance and renewal.
Why renewal can fail
Changes to DNS, a blocked validation path, a proxy change or a failed scheduled job can interrupt renewal. A free certificate still depends on working, maintained automation.
How we maintain it
We verify domain validation, test renewal and ensure the server uses the renewed certificate. Expiry alerts add another check. Where organisational requirements call for a commercial certificate, we discuss a suitable option.
