Why the warning appears
Possible causes include HTTP, an expired certificate, a domain mismatch or an untrusted certificate chain. Mixed content can be blocked separately. Diagnosis needs the address and exact error message.
What visitors should do
Do not submit passwords or payment details through a connection with a warning. Do not disable certificate verification to send a form. Check the device clock and report the affected page to its owner.
How we resolve it
